This time the ‘whistleblower’ is a career IRS official who filed a complaint with second-hand knowledge then leaked the story to the Washington Post.
A career IRS official filed a whistleblower complaint reporting that he was told at least one Treasury Department political appointee attempted to improperly interfere with the annual audit of President Trump’s or Vice President Mike Pence’s tax returns.
This news comes on the heels of a Deep State CIA snitch who filed a whistleblower complaint based on hearsay and gossip about Trump’s phone call to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

An Internal Revenue Service official has filed a whistleblower complaint reporting that he was told at least one Treasury Department political appointee attempted to improperly interfere with the annual audit of the president or vice president’s tax returns, according to multiple people familiar with the document.
Trump administration officials dismissed the whistleblower’s complaint as flimsy because it is based on conversations with other government officials. But congressional Democrats were alarmed by the complaint, now circulating on Capitol Hill, and flagged it to a federal judge. They are also discussing whether to make it public.
That was the focus of the whistleblower complaint. The people briefed on its contents said, for the first time, that the complaint pertained to allegations of interference in the audit process by at least one Treasury Department official. They also said, for the first time, that the complaint revealed that the whistleblower is a career IRS official.
Two administration officials have described the complaint as hearsay and suggested it was politically motivated, but they spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter. Democrats who have reviewed it regard it as a deeply significant allegation that, if true, suggests that political appointees may have tried to interfere with the government audit process, which was set up to be insulated from political pressures.
In an interview with WaPo, the ‘whistleblower’ denied his action was politically motivated: “I take very seriously the duty of career civil servants to act with integrity and perform our duties impartially, even at the risk that someone will make a charge of bias.”
Key parts of the complaint are still hidden and only small portions of it are being leaked in order to damage Trump and his reelection efforts.
This leak will also serve to help bolster Democrats in their quest to get their hands on President Trump’s tax returns.

The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Democrat Richard Neal, admitted that he received the “credible” complaint from the whistleblower at the end of July.
That same panel is trying to obtain President Trump’s tax returns.
Neal broke the report today.

…The chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, Rep. Richard Neal, wrote that he received a credible complaint from a whistleblower at the end of July. The panel is currently trying to obtain six years worth of Trump’s tax returns.
The president has repeatedly refused to release them, claiming they’re under audit, even though there’s no rule that says that individuals cannot disclose their returns on the basis of an audit.
Not much is known about the process of auditing a president. Rules governing it were tightened after President Richard Nixon was accused of influencing the process.
Rep. Neal and Democrats plotted to release the complaint today.
It was all another coordinated assault.

Thursday night on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin discussed the latest revelation in the whistleblower impeachment saga — that House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., was made aware of the CIA whistleblower’s complaint before it was filed with the Intelligence Community inspector general.
Hours before Levin’s radio program, the New York Times broke the story that the CIA employee who filed a complaint about President Trump’s late-July phone call with the president of Ukraine contacted a staffer on the House Intelligence Committee before doing so. The staffer then relayed the information to Schiff, according to the report.
While the story has opened up Schiff to criticism — especially given his September 17th statement that “we have not spoken directly with the whistleblower” — Levin explained how the story actually serves to further insulate the whistleblower and his report from public scrutiny.
“They’re trying to protect him by getting it out there first,” Levin explained. “Schiff can say, ‘We knew they would try and spin this and politicize it, these Republicans and the Trump people. Yes.’”
The radio host went on to say that lawmakers “at a minimum” ought to file an ethics complaint against Schiff in response to the report and laid out some questions that congressional investigators ought to pursue in its wake.
“What exactly did the so-called whistleblower tell them?” Levin asked. “We need to know now the name of committee staff or staffers. We need to know whom among these staffers were informed of this information. We need to know what Mr. Schiff knew exactly and with whom Mr. Schiff shared it, including the speaker of the House.”

Following his game-winning hit in the eighth inning of the Washington Nationals’ dramatic, come-from-behind 4-3 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers in the National League Wild Card Game on Tuesday night, Nationals Outfielder Juan Soto said he and his family “prayed before the game.”
“For me, just get a base hit through the middle. That’s what I’m thinking, just get a base hit through the middle and try to tie the game,” the Dominican-born Nationals outfielder said in a post-game interview about his approach to his two-out hit with Nationals trailing 3-1 that scored three runs, propelling his team to victory in a one-game playoff.
“That’s my dad, and my brother and my mom,” Soto replied when TBS reporter Lauren Shehadi asked him about the on-field celebration taking place after the game.
“What did they say to you?” she then asked – prompting Soto to explain that he and his family had prayed for God’s help before the game:
“We just prayed before the game. And we told Him that we just need his help. You know, go help, and right now and get opportunity and just, get on it.”
As a result of the win, the Nationals advanced to the next round of the playoffs to face the Los Angeles Dodgers in a series beginning on Thursday.

(CNSNews.com) – House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy on Wednesday joined the Republican effort to censure House intelligence committee Chairman Adam Schiff for lying to the American people. And McCarthy also wants Schiff removed as chairman of the intelligence committee, which is now heading the Democrats’ “impeachment inquiry.”
Calls to ditch Schiff intensified following a New York Times report saying that Schiff learned about the “outlines” of the whistleblower’s complaint “days before” it was filed, something he did not disclose.
“Every time they have attempted a coup, there’s been one common denominator – the lies and deceit of Adam Schiff,” McCarthy told Fox News’s Laura Ingraham.
“He is now, as you know, a fact witness, and nowhere in our justice system allows a fact witness to be the prosecutor. He needs to recuse himself today, and the Speaker needs to remove him as the chairman of one of our most sensitive committees that we have — the intel committee.”
According to the New York Times:
The C.I.A. officer (the whistleblower) approached a House Intelligence Committee aide with his concerns about Mr. Trump only after he had had a colleague first convey them to the C.I.A.’s top lawyer. Concerned about how that initial avenue for airing his allegations through the C.I.A. was unfolding, the officer then approached the House aide. In both cases, the original accusation was vague.
The House staff member, following the committee’s procedures, suggested the officer find a lawyer to advise him and meet with an inspector general, with whom he could file a whistle-blower complaint. The aide shared some of what the officer conveyed to Mr. Schiff. The aide did not share the whistle-blower’s identity with Mr. Schiff, an official said.
Two weeks ago, Schiff said, “We have not spoken directly to the whistleblower.” Schiff never said that one of his Democrat staffers had spoken to the complainant and helped him find a lawyer — a lawyer with ties to anti-Trump Democrats, of course.
The Times quoted a Schiff spokesman as saying, “Like other whistle-blowers have done before and since under Republican and Democratic-controlled committees, the whistle-blower contacted the (intelligence) committee for guidance on how to report possible wrongdoing within the jurisdiction of the intelligence community.”
Now McCarthy says censuring McCarthy is not enough:
“He should be removed from the chairmanship of the Intel committee, and one person makes that decision, the Speaker of the House.” McCarthy said he first requested Schiff’s removal in March, for lying about having “proof” that Trump had colluded with Russia, even before the Mueller report came out — and found no proof.
McCarthy agreed it’s unlikely that Pelosi will remove Schiff as intelligence committee chairman, and he also denounced Pelosi’s refusal to have a floor vote on impeachment:
Every time that we’ve gone through an impeachment, we’ve had an impeachment inquiry vote on the floor of the House. Why do you have that? Because it sets up the rules and it also empowers the minority to also have subpoena rights.
Think about if you went before a trial but you couldn’t call any witnesses. This is exactly what she’s working through. And you’re supposed to go through the Judiciary Committee.
No, where does she go? To Adam Schiff, the individual who has continued to lie. He lied on MSNBC, he lied last Sunday when he was asked does he know who the whistle-blower is. He lied when he didn’t tell the Intel committee when he had two opportunities when he had already met. This sounds a lot like the Kavanaugh situation. the same situation is building of exactly what they’re doing here. This just shows this is all political.
Ingraham asked McCarthy why the whistleblower contacted one of Schiff’s staff before making his complaint public: (The whistleblower’s lawyer issued a statement saying there was no contact with Schiff himself before the complaint was issued. But what about the Schiff staffer?)
“I think Adam Schiff needs to tell us what did he know, when did he know it, and how many times did he lie to us in the process?” McCarthy responded.
And you’re going to tell me this staffer never told the chairman who he was, didn’t advise in the process, and Schiff didn’t advise the staffer on the direction? Because what did they tell this whistle-blower? Where to go to get an attorney. Much like the person who came forward against Kavanaugh. The exact same pattern we have found before.
Remember what they wanted to do? On the day the president was being sworn into office was the first day that the Democrats talked about impeachment in print. They voted on it three times. Twice they voted on impeaching this president before one word ever came out from the Mueller report.
This has been political for day one. And Adam Schiff has proven from this point here, he has no credibility. He has no credibility to be a chairman and he has no right to be a prosecutor in this case.
McCarthy said the nonstop Democrat impeachment efforts are sending a “terrible signal” to the rest of the world and to foreign leaders who will no longer feel comfortable talking to a U.S. president if details of their conversations are going to leak out.
Meanwhile, as the New York Times opined, “The whistle-blower’s decision to offer what amounted to an early warning to the intelligence committee’s Democrats is also sure to thrust Mr. Schiff even more forcefully into the center of the controversy as a target of Mr. Trump’s.”
Sure enough, in a series of comments and tweets on Wednesday, a furious president Trump denounced Schiff as a lying low-life, and more.
Trump also retweeted the following statement from Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), the ranking member of the intelligence committee:
“We learn from the press today that Chm Schiff had prior knowledge and involvement in the WB complaint. He withheld this info from the American people and even from the Intel Cmte. In light of this news, it’s hard to view impeachment as anything aside from an orchestrated farce,” Nunes tweeted.

General Flynn worked for the Obama Administration but at some point was fired by Obama for apparently disagreeing with his policies and actions and speaking out against his failed policies in Iraq and Syria. Soon after, then candidate Trump ran for office and General Flynn supported the future President and introduced the candidate at rallies and then was offered a position on the Trump team.
Obama was upset with Flynn for supporting Trump and it appears that he had some sort of vendetta with Flynn for his comments on the growing threat of ISIS.
It’s also suspected that after Flynn parted ways with President Obama he was set up at a dinner with Russians where he was seated next to Russian President Putin in December 2015.
The American spy in England used often by the Deep State, Stefan Halper, seated Flynn next to Putin and then it is suspected used this information as an informant for the Obama administration to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on General Flynn.
Additional information on the framing of General Flynn was reported from a woman who said she was used as a Russian against the General –
Svetlana Lokhova, the Russian historian at the center of Michael Flynn investigation for ‘alleged contacts with Russians’, told Fox News in an exclusive interview with Catherine Herridge, that she is not a Russian spy and that she thought “there’s a high chance that is was coordinated, and believe it needs to be properly investigated.”
In 2017, American various media outlets framed her as a Russian operative and linked her to Michael Flynn. The allegations involved her contact with Flynn three years prior at a 2014 dinner at the University of Cambridge, England, when Flynn was Defense Intelligence Agency director.
General Flynn’s actions had nothing to do with collusion with Russia. He was set up and spied on!
In October 2016, shortly before the election, based on a bogus and fake dossier financed by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, Obama’s gang of corrupt Intel Heads filed for and eventually obtained a warrant to spy on fellow Americans. The warrants were fraudulent due to their source and made up content.
Obama spied on the Trump team as well as President Trump’s leadership team, including General Michael Flynn for some time. (When and for how long is still unknown. Many suspect this is why Flynn was targeted by the Mueller gang – because Flynn was spied on illegally by the Obama Deep State for some time before the 2016 election most likely based on the phony reports that Flynn was working with Russians. By indicting General Flynn the Deep State could say – see he was a Russian sympathizer and therefore their illegal spying was justified.)
General Flynn was participating in Trump rallies throughout the US and he also became an advisor for the campaign. At this same time the Obama administration was in full force beginning their efforts to frame candidate Trump as a compatriot with Russia to steal the election. One way they did this was to set up Flynn with the Russians.
After Trump eventually won the election, the Deep State that represented and supported Obama was in a panic. They feared that if Flynn looked into efforts to spy on the Trump campaign, they would be found guilty of their many illegal actions in spying on the incoming President, the opposition party and many others.
When President-elect Trump met with President Obama for the first time, Obama even recommended that the future President not select Flynn to be on the Trump administration team. It’s suspected that Obama didn’t want Flynn on Trump’s team because Obama feared Flynn would uncover the illegal spying that the Obama team carried out during the 2016 campaign and before.
So the same FBI investigator who led the Hillary Clinton email investigation:
– The same individual who led the Hillary interview and neglected to take notes, put her under oath or record the meeting
– The same individual who assisted in drafting the memo months before the Hillary was interviewed that was presented by corrupt FBI Director Comey to explain why the FBI was not pressing charges against Hillary
– The same individual who lead the Russia – Trump investigation
– The same individual who neglected to do anything when presented with information that China was hacking Hillary’s emails real-time
– The same individual who personally reviewed over 300,000 Hillary emails found on perp Anthony Weiner’s computer a week before the 2016 election
– The same individual that said all of Weiner’s emails were reviewed in less than a week and no criminally related information was found
– This individual, Peter Strzok, went to the White House a couple days after President Trump’s inauguration and entrapped General Flynn, President Trump’s National Security Advisor, in discussions related to Russia.
NEVER FORGET:
The FBI agent that questioned General Flynn and determined he “lied” while the other FBI agents believed he was not being “misleading” failed his FBI polygraph.
That FBI Agent’s name was Peter Strzok.

Corrupt Strzok asked Flynn questions related to a call Flynn made to a Russian official before the inauguration – totally legal. The rumor is that the FBI Agent with Strzok, Joe Pientka, said Flynn never lied. Strzok and Pientka asked Flynn questions, did not tell him he was under investigation, did not read him his rights, did not allow him to have an attorney and then lied about what was said. The location of the FBI’s original Form 302 recording this discussion is unknown.
After this meeting a few days later, then acting AG Sally Yates, an Obama holdover, went over to the White House and stated that General Flynn had lied to the FBI. Eventually General Flynn resigned from his position at the White House on February 13, 2017.
A few months passed and then the corrupt Mueller investigation started. Mueller’s first target was General Flynn. Mueller had nothing on Flynn so he and his goons went after Flynn’s son, Michael Flynn, Jr. Micheal Jr had a brand new baby and was grilled by the Mueller team. Eventually, they used the General’s family against him. It’s believed that the General could plea guilty to a bogus charge of lying to the FBI or he could watch Mueller’s goons put his son in prison for some bogus crime.
The judge overseeing the case who took Flynn’s plea was a friend of corrupt cop Strzok and was also a FISA Court judge. He was recused from the sentencing but to this day we don’t know why. They never told Flynn that he was being spied on for months before the election.
The Mueller team and the Deep State and the Democrats didn’t stop with the General, they went after others including the President’s eldest son, Don Jr.
There are so many questions yet unanswered. One question is why did Obama’s Deep State not tell the President that General Flynn was under investigation during his campaign? Who made this decision? This would have been the proper thing to do. Were they afraid that illegitimate spying by the Obama team would be uncovered?

Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, wrote a letter to Attorney General William Barr in early June outlining her belief that the government targeted Flynn for “concocted and political purposes” in order to “take out” President Donald Trump.
She informed Barr that she intended to demand production of a large volume of evidence and suggested “a just resolution” to the Flynn case “if the evidence shows what we believe to be true.” She also made several requests, including for Barr to replace the prosecution team on the case and to determine “when, how, and on what basis the first investigation of General Flynn began.”

Forty-five Republicans have joined the resolution, sponsored by House Freedom Caucus Chairman Andy Biggs (R-AZ), to condemn Schiff for retelling a fabricated conversation between Trump and Zelensky. Biggs sponsored H. Res. 604, and it quickly gained support throughout the House Republican conference.
When Biggs sponsored the bill, he said that Schiff’s stunt was “inexcusable” to “mislead the American public with such a statement.”
Although a public list of cosponsors only shows 18 Republicans supporting the resolution, an internal GOP list obtained by Breitbart News shows that 45 Republicans have joined the list of GOP lawmakers to condemn Schiff. This represents a growing movement of Republicans to fight back against House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) and Democrats’ move to impeach Trump.
The Republicans that have cosponsored Biggs’ resolution to condemn Schiff include:
Republicans have quickly mounted an offensive against Schiff and his misrepresentation of the conversation between Trump and Zelensky.
Keller announced Thursday that he will join a growing list of Republicans planning to condemn House Intelligence Committee Chairman Schiff for retelling a fabricated conversation between Trump and Zelensky.
Keller said that Schiff has led a “rigged political witch hunt” and that Republicans must hold him accountable. The Pennsylvania conservative said:
We now know what we’ve suspected all along: the ‘impeachment inquiry’ being undertaken by Speaker Pelosi, Chairman Schiff, and the socialist House Democrats is nothing short of a rigged political witch hunt that seeks to delegitimize our duly-elected President. Chairman Schiff has made a mockery of this solemn process and the Democrats leading the impeachment charge have strayed far afield of the Constitutional impeachment parameters. Their continued pursuit of impeachment is wrong, the nonsense must stop, and Chairman Schiff should be held accountable for his actions both prior to the committee’s hearing last week as well as during. It’s time to stop with the litigating and investigating and return to legislating for the benefit of the American people.
House Republican Leader McCarthy said that Schiff is “desperate” to damage Trump.
“Chairman Adam Schiff has been lying to the American people for years. Now he is so desperate to damage the president that he literally made up a false version of a phone call,” McCarthy wrote on Twitter Wednesday. “Enough is enough. I have signed a resolution to censure Schiff in the House of Representatives”:

McCarthy said on Fox News Wednesday that not only should Schiff be censured, but that he should be removed from his chairmanship. McCarthy also slammed Schiff for not revealing that the intelligence officer “whistleblower” contacted a House Intelligence Committee staffer before filing his complaint with the intelligence community inspector general.
“He has no credibility to be a chairman; he has no right to be the prosecutor in this case,” McCarthy said.

Three Obama-appointed judges ruled in one day against immigration initiatives by the Trump administration, dealing blows to the president’s effort to contain the border crisis.
In a span of several hours Friday, a judge in California ruled against the administration’s plan to detain migrant families indefinitely, another California judge blocked U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from relying solely on databases when issuing detainer requests, and shortly before midnight, a D.C. judge barred fast-track removals of illegal aliens.
All three federal judges were appointed by former President Barack Obama, revealing the heavy weight that judicial appointments play in the fight over immigration policy.
Judge Dolly Gee of the District Court in Los Angeles, appointed by Obama in 2009, issued a preliminary injunction against the Trump administration’s attempt to detain migrant families for the duration of their court proceedings. Gee found that the plan still violates the so-called Flores Settlement Agreement, which mandates release of families after 20 days.
District Court Judge Andre Birotte Jr., appointed by Obama in 2014, issued a permanent injunction against Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s sole reliance on certain databases when lodging detainer requests to local law enforcement officials. A senior staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union said the decision dealt a “tremendous blow” to Trump’s deportation programs.
In a 126-page ruling issued shortly before midnight Friday, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, appointed by Obama in 2013, issued a nationwide preliminary injunction against the administration’s fast-track deportation of illegal migrants.
The expedited removal program allowed the government to quickly remove illegal aliens who entered the country within the past two years by bypassing immigration judges.
The Trump administration hit back hard against the string of rulings.
“For two and a half years, the Trump administration has been trying to restore enforcement of the immigration laws passed by Congress. And for two and a half years, misguided lower court decisions have been preventing those laws from ever being enforced—at immense cost to the whole country,” White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham said in a statement over the weekend.
The Department of Justice sent out three different public statements Friday, bemoaning each of the decisions that rolled back the immigration directives.
“The district court’s decision squarely conflicts with that express grant of authority and vastly exceeds the district court’s own authority. This ruling undermines the laws enacted by Congress and the Trump administration’s careful efforts to implement those laws,” a Justice Department spokesman said about the ruling on expedited removal.
The courts’ strong influence on immigration policy has been long noted.
Gee, for example, is the same federal judge who interpreted the Flores agreement in 2015 as not only applying to unaccompanied minors who cross the border, but also to accompanied minors, i.e. family units, setting the stage for the immigration fight taking place today.
Immigration experts continually have cited Gee’s 2015 decision as the main instigator in the current border crisis.
Thousands of immigrants every month, they argue, travel to the U.S.-Mexico border under the presumption that, if they bring a child, they ultimately will be allowed entry into the interior of the country.
The legal fights likely will land in the Supreme Court, where the Trump administration has found reprieve in the past.
