Once again Judicial Watch is doing the heavy lifting.

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch announced Monday that thanks to a consent judgment, Kentucky is set to remove 250,000 inactive voters from registration voter rolls.

This is in addition to the 1.6 million inactive voters names that are set to be removed from California’s voter rolls.

Judicial Watch is diligently working to clean up dirty voters rolls to reduce voter fraud leading up to the 2020 election.

We all know how much the Democrats love their dead voters!

Judicial Watch reported:

Judicial Watch announced today that in June Kentucky mailed address confirmation notices to 250,000 voters who are believed to have moved, thanks to a consent judgment agreed to by the Commonwealth. These registrations are probably outdated and will be cancelled if the voters fail to vote in future elections or to confirm their current addresses.

In the consent judgment, Kentucky acknowledges that the state is not in compliance with the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA): “[T]he practices currently in place in Kentucky do not comply with the NVRA’s requirement that states conduct a general voter registration list maintenance program that makes a reasonable effort to remove ineligible persons from the voter rolls due to a change in residence outside of the jurisdiction …”

The address confirmation notices were sent to about 7% of the names currently on Kentucky’s voter rolls.

As part of the consent judgment, the Kentucky State Board of Elections is to proceed with a canvass mailing “to identify registrants through mail returned as undeliverable who may have unreported moves since 2009.” Voters who do not respond to the notices sent by Kentucky and who do not vote in the next two federal elections must be removed from the voting rolls. Despite the consent judgment being signed a year ago, Democrat Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes’s office has been accused of improperly delaying the processing of previous mailings through 2018, delaying the final clean up of Kentucky’s voting rolls by at least two years.

“Thanks to Judicial Watch, Kentucky is taking action to begin the removal of up to 250,000 voters from its lists of registered voters, which will help ensure cleaner elections in the Bluegrass State,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. “This is another major victory for cleaner elections, especially following Los Angeles County’s agreement with Judicial Watch to begin the process of removing as many as 1.6 million inactive voters. Dirty voting rolls can mean dirty elections, so it is essential that dead and long-gone voters be removed from voter registration lists.”

A multi-million-dollar Democratic donor helped Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) pay for access to the Democratic National Committee voter base in April.

Silicon Valley physician Karla Jurvetson gave $100,000 to the DNC to help Warren’s campaign cover the $175,000 cost for the crucial voter file, BuzzFeed News reported. The DNC allows campaigns to access the file by either paying the money directly, or, in the case of Warren, having the money raised to the DNC via a donor.

The Warren campaign pledged in February not to give outsized access to big donors and hold "fancy receptions and big money fundraisers," but her team told BuzzFeed she hadn’t broken any promises:

Warren officials say she did not violate that pledge when her campaign turned to one of California’s top Democratic donors, a wealthy Silicon Valley physician named Karla Jurvetson, to help pay for access to a crucial voter database earlier this spring.

Jurvetson, who contributed about $7 million to Democratic causes during the 2018 election, gave a total of $100,000 to the DNC in April 2019, Federal Election Commission filings show. The donations, according to two Democratic operatives with knowledge of the agreement, helped Warren pay for the voter file.

In a statement, a Warren campaign official said that the candidate herself did not make any calls to Jurvetson in order to facilitate the contribution, nor did the campaign solicit the money at a fundraising event. The official said Warren has remained consistent with the standard she set earlier this year in her pledge: not trading access for money.

Although Warren said she would not hold big fundraisers, she is required now to appear "once every three months at DNC fundraisers, send quarterly fundraising emails on behalf of the DNC, and record promotional videos for DNC use," according to BuzzFeed. She’ll have to appear at a San Francisco fundraiser next month, where donors can pay $10,000 to attend a private cocktail and dinner reception.

The Warren campaign didn’t respond to a request for comment about how it reached out to Jurvetson to get the six-figure donation.

The April donation on Warren’s behalf came on the heels of a disappointing first-quarter fundraising haul of $6 million. However, she raised $19.1 million in the second quarter and has established herself in the top tier of the crowded 2020 field.

Warren established a populist tone for her campaign with a pledge, writing in February, "We’re going to take the time presidential candidates typically reserve for courting wealthy donors and instead, use it to build organizing event after organizing event in the early primary states and across the country."

The recent firings of top Italian spies were likely related to Obama and a plot to set up candidate and President Trump in their Hillary email scandal. Now there are suspicions that Renzi’s Italians covered up their crimes by labeling them as “State Secrets” which would prevent them from being disclosed.

In May Italian Prime Minister Conte asked for the resignations of four top intelligence officials after his call with President Donald Trump.

After that it was reported that the recent removal of these top Italian intelligence ministers from their positions as top spies in the government had been uncovered. 

Our story started in January 2017 when Computer World wrote about alleged crimes committed by Italian Giulio Occhionero:

The Tuesday arrest of Giulio Occhionero and his sister, Francesca Maria, has brought to light what appears to be the biggest, and highest-profile, hacking of institutional and corporate accounts ever reported in Italy.

The siblings have been planting the Pyramid Eye remote access Trojan on computers using a spear-phishing technique over several years, according to the arrest order.

They attacked at least 18,000 high-profile targets, including former Prime Ministers Matteo Renzi and Mario Monti, President of European Central Bank Mario Draghi, as well as employees and heads of various ministries including Internal Affairs, Treasury, Finance and Education.

But Giulio Occhionero claimed that he and his sister, Francesca Maria, were set up.  A piece reported by Frederico Punzi, writing in The Atlantico, notes their denials and more:

Occhionero complained to the Prosecutor of the Republic of Perugia and wrote to the U.S. Congress and the FBI. In fact, there are a number of contradictions and suspicious circumstances in the case.

Occhionero provided the letter that he claims he sent US Congress and the FBI:

Occhionero claims and it’s reported that:

Members of Italian intelligence were approached by Hillary Clinton, the Obama Administration, and the Deep State in order to frame Trump by PLANTING EVIDENCE on American servers to force Trump to step down from office.

In other words, members of Italian intelligence found a target in Occhionero, a Republican-sympathizer who had two servers for his company, Westland Securities, located in America. One was in Washington State, and the other in West Virginia.

The plan was for Italian Intelligence to hack into these servers, plant classified emails from Hillary’s servers inside these servers on American soil, and then alert the FBI.

The FBI would then raid these locations, “discover” these e-mails, investigate, link these servers to Trump…

And then force Trump to resign.

Occhionero believes that Obama and the former leader of Italy, Matteo Renzi, worked together on this plan and he provides reports of their meetings in Italy before the 2016 election and in early 2017.

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is joining Barack Obama for the last formal dinner of his presidency. Why?

There are now rumors that the Italian government covered up its involvement in spying on candidate Trump’s team and efforts to plant information on Occhionero’s servers by labeling the actions state secrets.  Occhionero and his sister have been investigated (and currently are) for Art. 256 of the Italian Criminal Code; which is connected to the act of entering into knowledge/possession of documents covered by “state secrecy classification”.

This is how the Renzi government covered it up.  It’s also not the first time this has occurred.

As we reported yesterday, President Obama and his CIA Director John Brennan ignored a European CIA agent’s pleas for help and left her to rot in an Italian prison.  Lucky for her, Donald Trump was elected President for which she is grateful.

The former agent, Sabrina De Sousa, was working in Milan as an undercover CIA officer in 2003 when U.S. and Italian intelligence agents abducted radical Egyptian cleric Osama Mustapha Hassan Nasr, also known as Abu Omar, and transported him to his native Egypt for interrogation. Omar was released eventuall for lack of evidence against him.

Years later, in 2008, De Sousa along with 25 other Americans, were convicted in absentia on kidnapping and other charges related to the abduction of Omar.  Several were pardoned and not one did time in prison. The Italians also convicted Omar in absentia of “criminal association for the purposes of international terrorism” and sentenced him to six years in prison.

De Sousa however faced four years in an Italian prison for the abduction which she claims she was not part of.  Eventually, after assistance from President Trump, her sentence was reduced and she has been able to avoid prison in Italy. President Obama and his CIA Director John Brennan left her out to dry.

De Sousa told us is that –

All the Italian government officials on trial said they could not speak because they were not allowed to do so as the government had imposed state secrets.

They were all granted immunity because…get this…their relationship with foreign Intel services was a state secret.

All the Americans were convicted.

The Italians and the Americans were involved in clandestine and illegal activities in both the 2003 in the rendition of Omar and then during the 2016 election cycle in illegally setting up the Trump campaign.  (They also were involved together in 2005 when then FBI Director Robert Mueller worked with Italy to cover up each other’s actions related to the Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) hoax related to Iraq.)

It looks like illegal actions between Italy and the US are being covered up again.  No wonder Renzi and Obama were so close!

While waiting for Congress to act on closing immigration loopholes, the Trump administration is imposing a new rule to limit asylum claims by requiring professed refugees to first seek asylum in another country closer to home.

The Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security announced the new rule for asylum-seekers, which is set to take effect Tuesday.

Asylum-seekers will be required to apply for protection from prosecution or torture in at least one other country outside their country of citizenship or nationality before entering the United States.

The rule comes as President Donald Trump tries to gain control over the southern border amid a surge of migrants from Central America. 

Kevin K. McAleenan, acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, said the change is designed to decrease that surge.

“Until Congress can act, this interim rule will help reduce a major ‘pull’ factor driving irregular migration to the United States and enable DHS and DOJ to more quickly and efficiently process cases originating from the southern border, leading to fewer individuals transiting through Mexico on a dangerous journey,” McAleenan said in a formal statement. 

The Trump administration contends it has the flexibility to place the restriction on asylum-seekers under the congressionally passed Immigration and Nationality Act, which allows additional limitations on eligibility for aliens who seek asylum in the United States.

“Ultimately, today’s action will reduce the overwhelming burdens on our domestic system caused by asylum-seekers failing to seek urgent protection in the first available country, economic migrants lacking a legitimate fear of persecution, and the transnational criminal organizations, traffickers, and smugglers exploiting our system for profits,” McAleenan said. 

A high number of meritless asylum claims has overwhelmed the Border Patrol. Only a small minority of recent asylum-seekers are granted asylum when their case is adjudicated, but many avoid detention and are able to escape into the interior of the country.

A federal appeals court previously upheld the Trump administration’s policy of sending Central American asylum-seekers to Mexico while their asylum requests are being adjudicated.

“This rule is a lawful exercise of authority provided by Congress to restrict eligibility for asylum,” Attorney General William Barr said in a prepared statement. 

Barr said this would deter phony asylum claims “while ensuring that no one is removed from the United States who is more likely than not to be tortured or persecuted on account of a protected ground.”

“The United States is a generous country but is being completely overwhelmed by the burdens associated with apprehending and processing hundreds of thousands of aliens along the southern border,” the attorney general said. 

The administration is making three exceptions to the new rule that apply when an asylum-seeker demonstrates he or she applied for protection in another country and was denied; is a victim of trafficking; or is someone who traveled to the U.S. only through countries that were not parties to two agreements (the 1951 Convention on the State of Refugees and the 1967 Convention Against Torture and Other Curel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment).

The recent surge of illegal immigrants, mostly from Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador, has flooded into border states such as Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and California.

Under the new rule, the asylum-seekers from these countries first would have to apply for asylum in Mexico or other nations they pass through en route to the United States.

Administration officials previously asserted that economic migrants are making bogus asylum claims to enter the United States. Officials and commentators also have argued that the United States is not the only country that can offer protection from persecution.

The regulation is well within DHS authority under existing federal law, said Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation. 

“It seems obvious that aliens who wait to claim asylum until they arrive at our shores and didn’t take the opportunity to claim asylum in any other country they traveled through that has an asylum statute [do] not have a credible claim,” von Spakovsky told The Daily Signal. 

“This is exactly the same rule that the European Union applies to asylum- seekers—they have to claim asylum in the first EU country they enter. This change in U.S. procedures has been long needed.”
