NFL HELL: Denver Broncos Face Off Against Indianapolis Colts To Sea of Empty Seats (PHOTOS)

NFL stadium attendance continues to suffer as the backlash from players protesting the National Anthem extends into week 15. Twitter users are sharing photos of a nearly empty Lucas Oil Stadium as the Denver Broncos face off against the Indianapolis Colts.

Five minutes before kickoff, Denver Post reporter Nicki Jhabvala tweeted footage of a couple getting married in the end zone surrounded by hundreds of empty seats.

Two minutes later and Lucas Oil Stadium resembled a ghost town.

Entrepreneur Eddie Gill tweeted a photo during kickoff and plenty of navy blue seats can be seen.

Kickoff footage shows empty seats in the front row of the Broncos’ end zone.

Indianapolis Colts fan Beth White notes that she hasn’t seen this “many empty seats @Colts since Hoosier Dome days in the 80s.”

Half way through the first quarter and Lucas Oil Stadium is still having major attendance issues.

With the first quarter for the history books, it’s clear the Denver Broncos vs. Indianapolis Colts game is no where near full.

“End of 1st Quarter:@Colts 7, @Broncos 0@JBrissett12 & Co. lead at home after one,” tweeted the NFL Network.

Thousands of empty seats can be seen as the second quarter gets underway.
