Disgusting Behavior: ABC Panel Shouts Down Truth of Dossier Collusion

Fox and Friends’ co-host Brian Kilmeade walked into a lion’s den during his book tour on Sunday when he appeared ABC’s This Week as a part of a panel that was stacked 5:1 against him. A fairly large segment of their roundtable discussion was about the infamous Trump dossier that was put together by a British spy, Russian agents, and paid for by the Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Everything got extremely heated when the liberal panel began to shout Kilmeade down and ludicrously claim there was no connection between Clinton/Democrats and the Russians via the dossier.

When Clinton lackey George Stephanopoulos first brought up the dossier for this panel to discuss, he called on Clinton campaign staffer Karen Kinney to set up their talking points. “Yeah, but again, that dossier, came from an American company that we—that originally been funded by Republicans as you have mentioned earlier,” she argued. I think what’s important though is less who funded it and [more] what was in the dossier.

Then it was Kilmeade’s turn to speak, he began by briefly talking about what we could expect from the Robert Mueller indictment on Monday and then shifted to laying out the facts of the dossier. “Then we find out that somebody else picks up the investigation, makes it international. It has a Russian element. There was no Russian element to the Free Beacon-financed opposition research,” he explained, while pointing out the ridiculousness of John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chair, claiming he didn’t notice $6-9 million dollars leaving the campaign’s bank account.

ABC’s pretend Republican, Matthew Dowd took acceptation with Kilmeade telling the truth and raising questions about Clinton campaign’s honesty. “I have to say. I have to say, we need to give up the David Copperfield or Harry Houdini award for misdirection in this thing. This reminds me of the uranium deal,” he spat. “There is no similarity between what Robert Mueller’s investigation in collusion and what the Russians wanted to do and a dossier paid for in part by the Democrats in order of events.

When Kilmeade tried to refute Dowd’s ridiculousness, the fake Republican exclaimed: “There is no Russian relationship between the dossier and the Democrats!” And from there the panel discussion cascaded into an all-out shouting match with each panelist taking shots at Kilmeade directly while trying to distort the truth.

This is the real test as to whether or not Republicans will actually put patriotism above partisanship. Will conservative media folks actually speak truth or want to defend Trump at any and all costs,” lambasted ABC commentator Roland Martin, clearly targeting Kilmeade for working at Fox News. The lone Republican responded by accurately pointing out how Martin’s version of “patriotism” was only measured by a person’s condemnation of the President, all while Martin was trying to yell over him.

Kinney again chimed in with the Democratic Party’s historical revisionism and claimed that for over a year and a half everyone knew that the Dems were funding the dossier, when in fact it was only speculation. As Kilmeade was pointing out how her assertions were false because the Party and the campaign had denied it the whole time, Dowd began to yell at him: “Two shows in Vegas! Two shows in Vegas! Misdirection!” And the circus continued.

<<< Please support MRC’s NewsBusters team with a tax-deductible contribution today. >>>

Amongst the shouting and crosstalk, Dowd and Kinney could be heard saying “The truth is important Brian!” and “Brian, there are actual facts,” respectively. Kinney tied to defend Fusion GPS, the company behind the dossier, for covering up the documents’ financiers by saying “GPS is an American company. GPS is an American company.” But the fact of the matter was: They hired a British spy who talked with Russian agents.

I just love this filibustering spin. It’s pretty cute Brian,” Martin mocked.

Stephanopoulos either had enough of the screaming or needed to get to a commercial, because he finally stepping in to settle them down after several minutes. And in doing so, he asserted that “we know that nothing in the dossier came out during the campaign. So it had no effect on the campaign.

But if the standard was that nothing came out during the election, then why did the liberal media blow up when Donald Trump Jr. met with a Russian lawyer for opposition research, which he never received? The answer was it was a blatant double standard set up for the benefit of Clinton and the Democrats.

The behavior of Stephanopoulos and the rest of the panel was pathetic. The veteran Clinton lackey let his liberal guests get away with rewriting history and directly insulting their fellow panelists. And their denial of the facts was highly disturbing and unsettling, which completely brought into question ABC’s commitment to the truth.

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: But earlier in the week, Karen Finney, you did see a lot of these questions in tweets from the President saying collusion now between the Clintons and the Russians. And also, we did learn that the Clintons’ lawyer, Mark Elias did fund this Fusion GPS dossier.

KAREN FINNEY: Yeah, but again, that dossier, came from an American company that we—that originally been funded by Republicans as you have mentioned earlier. I think what’s important though is less who funded it and [more] what was in the dossier.

(…)

BRIAN KILMEADE: To the GPS situation. We found out it’s not a candidate. We found out it was Paul Singer and his Free Beacon. We found out he was looking at two candidates in particular. And he stopped the investigation as soon as Donald Trump locked up the nomination. As soon as he did that, he goes: “Okay, let’s see what happens,” from the Republican perspective. Then we find out that somebody else picks up the investigation, makes it international. It has a Russian element. There was no Russian element to the Free Beacon-financed opposition research. That’s a major difference. And then we’re supposed to believe that John Podesta had no idea that $6 million to $9 million is flying out of the campaign? He said he didn’t know. And his lawyer: When he said he didn’t know, Mark Elias says: “Oh, yeah, I actually approved that.” So you had the lawyer sitting next to a client who’s pretending he doesn’t know that’s unbelievable.

MATTHEW DOWD: As Karen knows and Roland knows, I’ve been highly critical of Hillary Clinton for a long period of time in all the manifestations that have been—

ROLAND MARTIN: I think all of us know that, not just ne and Karen.

[Laughter]

DOWD: I have to say. I have to say, we need to give up the David Copperfield or Harry Houdini award for misdirection in this thing. This reminds me of the uranium deal, whole story, that’s been debunked along the way–all along the way. This is a whole other story. There is no similarity between what Robert Mueller’s investigation in collusion and what the Russians wanted to do and a dossier paid for in part by the Democrats in order of events.

[Crosstalk]

KILMEADE: But Matt, why would you think that? The FBI indictments could have been handed out—

[Crosstalk]

DOWD: There is no Russian relationship between the dossier and the Democrats.

MARTIN: Here is what is laughable. We literally watch a campaign, of folks chant lock her up, that we can’t have a President under investigation, and we’re here right now. This is the real test as to whether or not Republicans will actually put patriotism above partisanship. Will conservative media folks actually speak truth or want to defend Trump at any and all costs. I it love how people are complaining about players taking a knee and the flag and excusing what excuse what Russia Has done.

[Crosstalk]

KILMEADE: Why do you think that patriotism has something to do with admitting Trump’s wrong? He doesn’t think he’s wrong.

MARTIN: Brian!

KILMEADE: They don’t think he’s wrong.

MARTIN: Brian!

KILMEADE: There’s no evidence that he is wrong.

MARTIN: Brian!

KILMEADE: So what is patriotic about saying somebody is wrong?

MARTIN: This is a guy who will knowingly lie and not admit the truth. So whether he says it, is relevant to me.

(…)

[Crosstalk]

FINNEY: It’s been known for a year that Democrats had been paying for it.

KILMEADE: No it wasn’t. It was denied by John Podesta.

FINNEY He didn’t know.

KILMEADE: It was denied by the DNC chairman. [Dowd to shout him down] Let me. No. No. No.

[Crosstalk]

DOWD: Two shows in Vegas. Two shows in Vegas. Misdirection.

[Laughter]

[Crosstalk]

KILMEADE: Sorry if you’re frustrated.

DOWD: I’m not frustrated. The truth is important Brian!

KINNEY: Brian, there are actual facts.

KILMEADE: So, let me finish and I’ll tell you the facts. Tuesday, Wednesday, we get the revelations because GPS did not want to hand over their records about who financed their international probe into Trump Tower—excuse me into Russia. And then Tuesday, Wednesday, it turns out $3.6 million from the Democrats. And $6 million from Hillary Clinton’s campaign which he never admitted to before.

[Crosstalk]

KINNEY: GPS is an American company. GPS is an American company.

MARTIN: I just love this filibustering spin. It’s pretty cute Brian

[Crosstalk]

STEPHANOPOULOS: I’m stopping this. Wait. There are two facts. Two facts about the dossier that we know. We know that it had nothing to do with the intelligence community’s findings that Russia interfered with the election. Absolutely nothing to do with that. And number two, we know that nothing in the dossier came out during the campaign. So it had no effect on the campaign.

President Trump’s Sweeping Tax Reform Poised to Put the U.S. Economy in ‘High Gear’

President Trump’s Sweeping Tax Reform Poised to Put the U.S. Economy in ‘High Gear’

President Trump’s tax reform is a major step in the right direction for the working class base that elected him, and both Trump and the GOP are hard at work in search of the largest U.S. tax cuts ever.

Liberal blowhards like Chuck Schumer have attempted to dissuade the public by saying that the tax reform is the opposite of what Trump says it is, but ultimately, Chuck Schumer is anti-populism and a staunch anti-Trump lawmaker, so it comes as no surprise that he, and his allies, are trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the very Americans they claim to work for.

The President’s tax overhaul will be the first major reform since 1986, when Reagan introduced similarly important changes to the tax system.

The outline for the tax reform shows a call for a reduction of 20% for the corporate tax rate, lowering it by 15%. On top of this, the tax reform call for a rate of 25% for small businesses and sole proprietorships, which currently are taxed at the same rate as their owners.

Many view the President’s tax reform plan as dramatically as Reagan’s reforms, except Trump is most focused on on job growth, overall. People with modest incomes will also see a great benefit, as Trump plans to double the standard deduction, which would increase the amount of people that don’t have to pay income tax at all.

One of the most important things that Trump is presenting is the abolition of the estate tax. The “death tax”, as it is frequently called, affects individuals with estates that have a value exceeding $5.49 million.

Changes to the U.S. tax code result in a deficit increase of $1.5 trillion over a decade, but no more than that. Currently, the cuts Trump has proposed are seemingly going to cost more than that, the number, however, is not exactly clear. Some have suggested that capping the amount of people can put into their 401(k) plans, but the president shot down that suggestion in a tweet at the beginning of this week.

One of the suggestions has been to get rid of the federal deduction for state and local taxes. This idea, as well, has its road bumps as GOP lawmakers from higher-tax states are not necessarily comfortable with that idea.

A smaller corporate tax cut has also been suggested, along with a reversal on the estate tax, which could ultimately upset many other GOP members, including the President. Though there are obviously concerns ahead of the tax reform rollout, the President is steadfast in his commitment for the largest tax cut in U.S. history.

WATCH CNN Argue Against Transparency in Clinton/Uranium Scandal

After initially avoiding the Clinton/Russia/Uranium scandal for a week, on Friday, CNN finally started devoting significant coverage to the story – but only as a way of attacking Donald Trump. Every hour on the hour, the supposed news network slammed the President for encouraging the Justice Department to lift a gag order on an FBI informant who wanted to testify before Congress about the highly-questionable Obama administration action.

Report: More Layoffs Coming at Liberal-Infested Sports Network ESPN

There is another bloodletting coming at ESPN and according to reports, it could be ugly.

The one-time top name in sports is still paying dearly for a disastrous move into liberal and racial politics that has gotten progressively worse as black employees continue to use their network forum to express their displeasure with President Donald Trump.

Perhaps the most egregious example is black identity extremist SportsCenter hostess Jemele Hill who took to Twitter on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks to blast Trump as a “white supremacist” in what was a clear violation of the network’s social media policy.

Hill managed to get off with a slap on the wrist but was later suspended for calling for a boycott against the Dallas Cowboys after owner Jerry Jones threatened to bench any players who did not stand for the national anthem.

It is exactly due to people like Ms. Hill that the network has been hemorrhaging viewers and the grim reaper is once again preparing to make his rounds.

The Sporting News is reporting “Sources: ESPN heading for more painful layoffs”:

More bad news could be on the horizon for ESPN. Staffers at the Worldwide Leader in Sports are bracing for another possible round of layoffs late this year, multiple sources tell Sporting News.

The next round of cutbacks could come down in late November or early December, with 40-60 positions potentially being impacted, according to sources. The layoffs could hit both on-air TV/radio talent and behind-the-scenes production staffers.

“This time it won’t matter if you’re ‘liked’ or not. It’s not going to be pretty,” one source warned.

Another source expects the flagship “SportsCenter” franchise to lose people in front of and behind the camera. “I see (ESPN) going down a path where they have less staff — and hire more production companies to provide programs and fill air time.”

ESPN declined to comment.

It would greatly behoove ESPN as well as burnish its now tarnished brand if the layoffs were to include Ms. Hill and other race-baiters.

Former baseball superstar turned broadcaster Curt Schilling was kicked off the network for much less than Hill and that firing only served to confirm the extreme liberal bias at ESPN.

Showing the door to Hill and any of her African-American allies who reportedly threatened to revolt if she was disciplined for her racist comments directed at the President of the United States would be the first step in what should be a total housecleaning to oust political activists and get back to covering sports which is what ESPN became famous for in the first place.

BOZELL & GRAHAM: Media Skip Inconvenient Russia Truths

CNN is airing a bizarre new advertisement with the motto “Facts First,” which insists that the network calls an apple an apple, even if critics of its “news” reporting argue it’s a banana. You see, CNN is interested in objective truth, not opinions. This would be like McDonald’s advertising with an apple and saying the company is all about health food.

Our “news” networks don’t deal with facts first. They sell us narratives, and the favorite is the wild speculation about what might happen next to President Trump. For months, they have speculated about how meetings with powerful Russians would be the end of Trump. From Jan. 20 to Oct. 20, the Media Research Center reports, the ABC, CBS and NBC evening-news shows alone gave that story just over 1,000 minutes.

But Obamacare? Budget and taxes? Immigration? A possible nuclear war with North Korea? All are second bananas. It’s Trump-Russia, Russia-Trump day in and day out.

The Russia narrative they prefer is this: Donald Trump won the presidency due to the help of an autocratic foreign power. But in the last week, a series of investigative reports by The Hill have brought something altogether new to the discussion: facts. And the facts are implicating former President Obama’s administration, specifically Hillary Clinton, in some astonishingly unethical, if not illegal, behavior with the Russians. The publication reported:

–Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery and extortion before the Obama administration approved the sale of Uranium One to Russia, a company that controls 20 percent of America’s uranium supply. They routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit The Clinton Foundation during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state and helped provide a favorable uranium decision to Moscow.

–In preparation for collecting a $500,000 speech payment in Moscow in 2010, former President Bill Clinton sought State Department clearance to meet with a key official of the Russian nuclear energy firm Rosatom, which still needed the Obama team’s approval for on the uranium deal. Instead, Clinton met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the autocrat’s private homestead.

–Obama’s Justice Department prevented an American businessman who worked undercover for years as an FBI confidential witness from telling Congress about transactions and conversations he witnessed regarding the Russian nuclear industry’s efforts to win the favor of Team Obama and the Clintons.

–The FBI identified a Russian spy ring’s attempt in 2009 and 2010 to infiltrate Hillary Clinton’s inner circle through a donor friend in order to spy on the State Department. Agents arrested and deported the female spy before anything could happen.

Countless other publications assert that nine investors in Uranium One jointly donated a cool $145 million to the Clinton Foundation.

This reads like a fascinating spy novel, but ABC and NBC have offered nothing. Let that sink in. CBS aired one question (and one answer) on “Face the Nation” that lasted 69 seconds. CNN, which has spent hour after hour obsessing over Russian collusion with Trump, can hardly be bothered with this narrative.

That’s “Facts First” — media style.

Naturally, the usual dishonest Clinton defense emerged: This was “old news.” When author Peter Schweizer wrote about this issue in 2015 (without the new developments), he was virtually ignored. And if he was interviewed, hostile treatment is an understatement. Here’s how NBC’s Savannah Guthrie dealt with “facts” back then. She asked Schweizer: “Before we get into some of the details, let’s put it bluntly: Are you hoping that this book and the issues you raise in it torpedo her candidacy?” He said no, but she shot back: “a lot of your critics say, ‘Look, you are a conservative and that this is a right-wing hit job.’ Are you really claiming to be neutral here?”

No one is neutral in the pro-Clinton press corps. Facts never come first.

Good Samaritan Stops Kidnapping With Gun

On October 5, a vigilant Las Vegas resident, Justin Pearson, noticed a BMW zooming through his neighborhood and abruptly stopping in front of a neighbor’s house where a 6-year-old boy was playing in the front yard. As Pearson watched in horror, the driver quickly hopped out of the vehicle and grabbed the boy.

While the kidnapper’s height was similar to his own (over 6 feet), Pearson could see that the man had a much larger build — Pearson would not be able to take him on pound for pound.

As the Las Vegas Journal Review notes, “Fortunately, Pearson had a trump card — a Heckler & Koch VP9 pistol legally resting on his right hip.”

Mr. Pearson has a concealed carry permit and said he has used his firearm once before. Years ago, he drew his weapon when a would-be robber pulled a knife on his friend. Pearson said, “I quickly drew my firearm, and the kid ran away.”

This time, Justin did not even have to unholster his gun; he simply brandished it, and in that action, he prevented a young boy from being kidnapped.

He shouted at the kidnapper and showed him his holstered gun. The distraction gave the young boy enough time to jump out of the car.

“If I didn’t have a firearm, I don’t think there’s much I could have done,” Pearson said.

It took local police 17 minutes to arrive on the scene. A Metropolitan Police Department spokeswoman confirmed to the Review Journal the details of Mr. Pearson’s story and revealed that the would-be kidnapper was the biological father who did not have parental rights to take the child.

Most kidnappings in the United States are committed by someone who is known to the abductee. Most Amber Alerts that are issued in the state of California tend to involve parental abduction of a child.

Our law enforcement is out there daily putting their lives on the line for our protection, but they are often understaffed and underresourced. It is chilling to think that in a well-populated metro area, police response time could be as long as 17 minutes. How far could a kidnapper get in 17 minutes?

As Katie Pavlich notes in her latest video for PragerU, it took police 7 minutes to respond to former The View cohost Sherri Sheperd’s home when her alarm went off. Women in particular are vulnerable to potential threats, which, as Pavlich argues, is why “gun rights are women’s rights.”

In Los Angeles, where I live, the LAPD chief recently said that the average response time was 5.7 minutes instead of last year’s 6.2 minutes. I don’t know about you, but if a bad guy is breaking into my house, or pulling up to my front yard where my child is playing, 5 minutes to wait for the police to arrive is 5 minutes too long.

Poor, Confused Nancy Pelosi is Senile: Befuddled Dem Mucks Up Another Speech

Septuagenarian Democrat Nancy Pelosi continues to rapidly lose her functional capabilities as she preps for her upcoming reelection campaign – one that she hopes will end with the mighty Speaker’s gavel back in her clutches.

There is no other way to put it than Pelosi is deteriorating daily as her speech becomes slurred, halting and confused. This is not a woman who should be contemplating another term in Congress but rather retirement and a nice long stay in a nursing home.

She was at her babbling worst during her weekly address on Thursday which was captured and preserved by the American Mirror with ever tic, stutter, slip-up and brain freeze condensed into a short video:

The American Mirror has a transcript of Pelosi’s dementia HERE.

Pelosi is proof that we not only need a constitutional amendment for term limits, ut also age limits. This is downright embarrassing and yet this dithering old hag is perhaps the most powerful woman in the Democratic party.
