Trump Gets ‘Last Laugh’? Michael Moore’s Anti-Trump Movie In Trouble Due To Feud With Weinsteins

According to Deadline, Michael Moore’s feud with the Weinsteins over his anti-Trump documentary, “Fahrenheit 11/9,” has the potential to get litigious — and give President Trump “the last laugh.”

Since breaking documentary box office records with his George W. Bush hit-piece “Fahrenheit 9/11,” Moore has struggled to find a topic that will get Americans to theaters. He’s been banking on his newest project, a quasi-sequel focusing on Donald Trump’s stunning electoral victory and first tumultuous year in office, to reverse his box office fortunes.

But there’s a major roadblock: The Weinsteins have control over the project and are “right now blocking Moore and his WME reps from being able to set the film with a theatrical distributor or a premium broadcast outlet,” Deadline reports.

The dispute involves Moore’s refusal to pay back the Weinsteins the over $2 million they’ve already sunk into the project because he doesn’t want to cut a check to alleged sexual predator, Harvey Weinstein. In turn, the Weinsteins are refusing to give up control of the project.

“Sources describe the crux of the dispute this way: the Weinsteins want their money back, while Moore and his WME reps want them to step aside, chalking the loss up to the price of scandal,” Deadline reports. “Moore, who blasted Harvey Weinstein after numerous women came forward in press reports, doesn’t want to pay anything because morally it would compromise his film to cut a check to a man he considers a sexual predator, sources said.”

Moore insists the Weinsteins should accept the financial loss as just an unfortunate fallout from the scandal and step aside so he can finish the project. “After all, blocking the film from release would give the last laugh to Trump, whom Weinstein campaigned against in the last presidential election when he backed Hillary Clinton, before the Democratic Party cut all ties with him following the scandal,” Deadline notes.

If the impasse results in a lawsuit, Deadline suggests Moore will likely allege fraud against Harvey Weinstein for entering into the deal while knowing he was being investigated for sexual misconduct.

Nationally-syndicated talk show host Rush Limbaugh took the to airwaves Friday to brilliantly explain why Michael Flynn’s guilty plea shows special counsel Robert Mueller has nothing on President Trump.

“Speculation of Flynn now cooperating with Mueller’s investigation stirred in recent days due to reports that Flynn had pulled out of a join defense agreement or common interest arrangement to share information with other subjects of the investigation,” said Limbaugh

“But there is nothing unusual about that. Once again, the lack of understanding by the drive-by media reporters — oh — Flynn’s pulling out of the joint agreement to share information, that means he’s getting ready to flip.”

“No, it meant he was getting ready to make a deal with the prosecutor, as such, it becomes unethical for the two lawyers or teams to communicate with each other when one of the people involved is going to cop a plea,” Limbaugh said.

“There was nothing unusual about this, and didn’t mean anything other than Flynn was getting close to make a deal,”

Limbaugh then expertly explains why Flynn’s guilty plea is nowhere near are damaging as the mainstream media would like people to believe.

“This is a key point now,” Limbaugh begins, “When the prosecutor, Mueller, has a cooperator, Flynn, who was an accomplice in a major criminal scheme — a cooperator, Flynn, is made to plead guilty to the scheme.”

“This is critical because pleading guilty to the scheme proves the existence of a criminal conspiracy.”

“And then,” Limbaugh added, “when the perp allocutes, like tells the judge what he did, the accomplice, Flynn, explains the scheme and the actions taken by himself and his co-conspirators  to carry out the scheme.”

“This goes a long way to proving the case.”

“You have a perp pleading guilty to a scheme that he was part of and then explains the scheme and all the other people involved.”

Arriving to his main point, Limbaugh says “That’s not what happened here today!”

“Flynn did not plead guilty to a scheme!”

“He pleaded guilty to a process crime.”

“Mueller does not have proof of a scheme,” said Limbaugh.

The talk show host then concludes the segment by saying the Flynn’s plea ultimately shows Mueller have no proof of collusion between the Trump team and Russia.

On Friday, Michael Flynn plead guilty to lying to FBI agents about making contact with Russian Ambassador Kislyak during the transition period.

Trump’s visit to Britain reportedly canceled over his Muslim tweets

A visit from President Trump to England has been reportedly cancelled because of the controversy arising from tweets he posted on his official social media account.

What was the visit that was cancelled?

According to The Telegraph, a visit was planned for Trump to attend the opening of a new U.S. embassy in London during January, but that has been dropped with no replacement date scheduled.

“The idea of a visit has obviously been floated, but not December and not January,” a senior U.S. diplomat told the Telegraph. “I would not expect a Trump visit in January.”

What were the controversial tweets?

Trump started a firestorm when he retweeted videos from an account pushing far right extremist views. The videos showed violent attacks from Muslims, but with misleading descriptions about what the videos showed.

What did the British say about them?

British Prime Minister Theresa May criticized the president for reposting messages from the “Britain First” account, an organization she called “hateful.”

“British people overwhelmingly reject the prejudiced rhetoric of the far-right which is the antithesis of the values that this country represents: decency, tolerance and respect,” her statement read.

Other prominent British politicians also called for the visit to be cancelled because of the tweets they saw as unnecessarily provocative.

How did Trump respond?

The president took to his twitter account to respond to May, advising her to “focus on the destructive Radical Islamic Terrorism that is taking place within the United Kingdom” rather than criticize him.

Leftist Nut Threatens To Kill GOP Congressman And His Family Over Net Neutrality

Islam is the religion of peace, liberals respect women, and leftists are peaceful resisters. These fairy tales are brought to you by the Democratic Party, which at this point is an entire political apparatus based on the notion of “Opposite Day.” A lefty from New York has threatened to kill a Republican Congressman and his entire family over net neutrality, which easily qualifies as the craziest thing a liberal has done all week. And speaking of crazy, wait till you get a load of what this kook actually said.

The Democrat & Chronicle reports:

A Syracuse man is accused of threatening to kill a congressman and his family if he didn’t support net neutrality…

Patrick D. Angelo, 28, of Syracuse was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with interstate communication of a threat and threatening a federal official…

…Angelo allegedly called the Washington, D.C., office of Congressman John Katko, R-Camillus, on Oct. 17 and left a threatening voicemail that included a death threat to Katko and his family if the congressman didn’t support net neutrality.

Okay, now check out the message this guy left for the New York Congressman:

“Listen Mr. Katko, if you support net neutrality, I will support you. But if you don’t support net neutrality, I will find you and your family and I will kill … you … all. Do you understand?” Angelo said.

So far it’s pretty bad with that death threat and all, but it gets much worser:

‘I will literally find all … of … you and your progeny and t- (sic) just wipe you from the face of the Earth. Net neutrality is more important than the defense of the United States. Net neutrality is more important than free speech. Net neutrality is more important than health care. Net neutrality is literally the basis of the new society. That even if you don’t understand, how important it is, net neutrality is literally the basis of the new … free … society. So if you don’t support it, I am willing to lay down my [life], said Angelo.

Take away the death threats, and this could sound like a Twitter rant from Alyssa Milano. I’m serious, take a gander at her recent net neutrality tweet storm.

Wow, this insaniac thinks that the government regulating an industry and stifling innovation is very important, doesn’t he? He is however a little confused about what a death threat is. When you threaten to kill others in a non-combat situation, you are not laying down your life, you’re trying to lay others down.

The only thing missing from this article is whether Patrick Angelo is a Hillary Clinton supporter or a Bernie Bro. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if he was the Bernie Sanders 2106 presidential campaign social media director. And before anyone accuses me of falsely assuming this guy is a liberal, I invite you to re-read his words and tell me this crazy mofo has a conservative bone in his body.

If convicted, Angelo faces 10 years in the slammer, where he presumably will have limited Internet access. I don’t know if that is irony, but it’s definitely funny.

Today Russell Simmons was accused of sexual assault and fired from the upcoming “All Def Comedy Series.”

Another Trump basher bites the dust.

Russell Simmons, a prolific music and TV producer and co-founder of Def Jam Recordings, was accused of sexual assault and harassment by model Keri Claussen Khalighi in a Nov. 19 article in the Los Angeles Times. Simmons then denied the incident in a letter published Nov. 22 by The Hollywood Reporter. The letter prompted Jenny Lumet — an award-winning screenwriter (Rachel Getting Married, The Mummy), the daughter of filmmaker Sidney Lumet, and granddaughter of singer/activist Lena Horne — to pen a response detailing her own experience with Simmons.

The Gateway Pundit and Breitbart News are two of the few conservative news sites to report on Judge Roy Moore accusers’ allegations with a heaping helping of skepticism. With each passing day, we learn more about those who have made nearly 40-year-old claims against Moore — and it’s not pretty. 

Faye Gary, a former police officer with the Gadsden Police Department, is no exception. In an interview with Breitbart News’ Aaron Klein, the former law enforcement officer made a variety of unsupported claims about Judge Moore.

Breitbart News reports:

Speaking in a Breitbart News interview on Wednesday, Gary falsely claimed that Moore “wanted to keep segregation here in the south.”

She then claimed that Moore “hates Jews. He hates blacks. He hates Muslims. He hates gays.”

When challenged for specifics, Gary conceded that “I don’t know exactly what he said about Jews, but he doesn’t like Muslims. I know he doesn’t like Muslims. It is my personal feeling that he doesn’t like blacks.”

When further petitioned to support her charges, especially her claim that Moore “hates blacks” and supports segregation, Gary further admitted, “I am not sure. That is my feeling.”

Later in the interview, Gary bizarrely claims Moore “wanted to keep segregation here in the south.”

Below is a partial transcript via Breitbart News:

KLEIN: He (Moore) said that he wanted to keep segregation in the South?

GARY: You can search the records. You will find it.

KLEIN: What about Jews? What did he ever say about Jews?

GARY: I don’t know exactly what he said about Jews, but he doesn’t like Muslims. I know he doesn’t like Muslims. It is my personal feeling that he doesn’t like blacks.

KLEIN: Well, your personal feeling or you know that he doesn’t like blacks? … That’s a very strong statement. You are saying that he hates blacks. I have done a lot of research on him in general and I have never run across him ever making a racist statement or saying that there should be segregation in Alabama. So, are you sure he hates blacks?”

GARY: I am not sure. That is my feeling

KLEIN: And you are sure that he hates Jews? Because I also haven’t heard anything about that one.

GARY: Well, that is my personal feeling.

Gary was pushing fake news when she claimed Moore “wanted to keep segregation here in the south.”

According to Klein, “She was referring to a 2004 symbolic amendment seeking to remove racist language from the state constitution calling for “separate schools for white and colored children.”  The racist mandate was not being enforced and had already been struck down by state and federal courts.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, One America News reported Gary has ties to drug dealers. Who close are the ties? Gray’s brother, Jimmy Wright, was arrested for distributing controlled substances in 1981. The prosecutor for the case was none other than Roy Moore.

The accuser, retired Alabama police officer Faye Gary, claims she was responsible for keeping an eye on Moore at the Gadsden Mall because he would make unwanted sexual advancements on young women.

OAN says its “own research revealed no truth behind the claims against Moore at the mall.”

This May Explain Why Democrats Are So Desperate To Hang Onto Control Of CFPB

A President has the power of appointment over agencies like the Consumer Fraud Protection Bureau. That’s why when Democrats tried to perform a coup and hold onto power there, it seemed rather odd.

But perhaps it’s not so strange if they’re trying to cover up things or keep their pay-for-play in motion.

Check out this article from 2014. They were paying $22.3. million for two years for ‘temporary space’ for the bureau at a building owned by a big Democratic donor/Obama bundler. And we also paid millions extra, triple the amount estimated for ‘renovations’ to the building.

What else might a new director discover?

Via Washington Examiner:

Consumer Financial Protection Bureau officials will pay $22.3 million to lease temporary offices in addition to the record-breaking $145 million being spent to renovate the agency’s headquarters, according to documents obtained by the Washington Examiner.

The temporary offices to be occupied by CFPB for the next two years are being leased in a building owned by Neil G. Bluhm, a longtime friend and campaign bundler for President Obama.

Bluhm made headlines in 2010 when he hosted Obama’s 49th birthday party at his Chicago home. Admission was $30,000 per person, with the proceeds going to the Democratic National Committee.

Controversy has dogged the CFPB for more than a year for nearly tripling the initial $55 million cost estimate for renovations to the building that will serve as the bureau’s permanent headquarters. The building is across the street from the White House, at 1700 G St. NW in Washington.

The estimated amount of renovations went from $55 million to $215 million dollars, more than the actual worth of the building which we don’t even own, which we are still only renting. And when the IG demanded answers there’s no support for the figure. IG says there’s no sound basis for it. Talk about something that needs an investigation!

Renovation costs for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Washington headquarters continue to spiral upwards, now pegged at $215.8 million, according to the inspector general of the Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

The scathing report authored by IG Mark Bialek said there is no “sound basis” to support the controversial renovation. Unlike Congress, the Fed’s IG can review CFPB programs and spending.

“The approval of funding for the renovation was not in accordance with the CFPB’s current policies for major investments,” and as a result, “a sound business case is not available to support the funding of the renovation,” he said.

Warren Claims to Be Cherokee, Her Real Ancestor Enforced the Trail of Tears

Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren has long made the claim that she is part Cherokee, but has done little to prove that assertion.

A few years back, Breitbart’s Michael Patrick Leahy wrote about the subject, pointing out some rather disturbing aspects about Warren’s heritage that are worth revisiting since the senator’s recent spat with President Donald Trump over her nickname “Pocahontas.”

Leahy wrote that after researching the matter, the senator’s “family lore” is just fiction.

Warren has referred to an 1894 Oklahoma Territory marriage license application by her great-great-great uncle William J. Crawford which supposedly indicated that his mother, O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford, Warren’s great-great-great grandmother, was Cherokee.

Leahy pointed out that there was no evidence to support the claim that O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford was indeed Cherokee. As a matter of fact, she was listed as “white” in the 1860 census.

Through a lead provided to him by William Jacobson, Leahy made an even more stunning discovery about Warren’s great-great-great grandfather, Jonathan Crawford.

Crawford served in the East Tennessee Mounted Infantry Volunteer Militia commanded by Brigadier General R. G. Dunlap from late 1835 to late 1836. Crawford was a member of Major William Lauderdale’s Battalion, which was responsible for removing Cherokee families from their land in Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, driving them into specially designated “Indian territory,” according to Leahy.

That displacement of some 4,000 Cherokees is known as the Trail of Tears, which began in January 1837.

History.com reported that almost 125,000 Native Americans lived on millions of acres of land in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee, which their ancestors had occupied and cultivated for generations.

That is not exactly a highlight in American history.

Leahy reported that Crawford arrived in Florida in November 1837, and served there for six months until his unit was disbanded the following May.

Crawford’s service was confirmed by Smith-Crawford’s 1851 pension application in Tennessee.

Leahy stated that O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford never claimed Cherokee heritage. Neither Jonathan Crawford nor any of their seven children did, either.

But Warren certainly has.

How ironic it would be if Warren, who cannot prove her Cherokee heritage, is revealed to be the great-great-great granddaughter of a militiaman who took part in forcibly removing Native Americans from their homes.

The senator’s connection to the Cherokee tribe may be worse then she could have ever imagined.

One thing is certain — her stories don’t add up.

Actor-comedian Jim Carrey raged against President Donald Trump’s administration and Republican lawmakers in a tweet Wednesday, calling them “souless traitors” who need to be removed from office “so democracy can live.”

“The GOP and WH have become sinister conclaves of souless traitors, liars and thieves – a gangrene we must remove so democracy can live,” Carrey wrote on Twitter, with the hashtag “#killthebill.”

While the Dumb and Dumber To star didn’t detail which bill he’d like to see killed, the Trump White House and Congressional Republicans are currently scrambling to push through tax reform, a budget, Immigration, and healthcare reform.

Carrey is a constant critic of the president, often tweeting lewd artwork to disparage Trump. In August Carrey said President Trump would take the stage at a scheduled rally in West Virginia and “eat a baby” to please his “zombie base.”

The actor included in his tweet artwork, depicting a cartoonish Trump with fangs and what appears to be blood all over his mouth.

Earlier this month Carrey called President Trump a “stooge” of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“They bailed him out, set him up and made him their stooge. With Trump in the WH, Putin may win the 3rd World War without firing a shot. ,” read Carrey’s tweet, which included artwork depicting President Trump kissing Putin’s naked butt.

While Carrey’s Hollywood star status has declined in recent years as he’s taken on fewer roles, the actor is a co-creator of the Showtime comedy series, I’m Dying Up Here and is set to star in the forthcoming Showtime comedy series Kidding.

Carrey has been embroiled in a wrongful death lawsuit related to the 2015 suicide of his ex-girlfriend, Los Angeles makeup artist Cathriona White.
