President Trump put White House leakers on notice Monday afternoon.
“We will find out who they are,” said the President after referring to leakers as “traitors and cowards.”
A recent leak from the White House about a Trump staffer’s disparaging remarks about John McCain set media ablaze.
Leaks from #NeverTrumpers and Obama holdovers have plagued his administration from day one.
It’s time to find out who these people are and hold them accountable.

Former presidential candidate Mitt Romney decried the pastor that President Trump chose to pray at the historic ceremony for the opening of the U.S. embassy for Israel in Jerusalem.

Pastor Jeffress is a Southern Baptist, and the quotes attributed to him by Romney are accurate. Jeffress responded to the critique from Romney and defended his comments in his own tweet.

The move of the U.S. embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem has been decided since 1995, but each president since then has postponed it.
Jeffress spoke about why the moment was so historic and significant while on Fox News.
“This is a historic moment because it represents the United States recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel,” he said, “something that the Bible and secular history has told us for three thousand years.”
“And what’s remarkable about that is simply this – if indeed Jerusalem has been the capital for three thousand years, it blows apart the myth perpetrated by the left that the Jews stole this land from the Palestinians 70 years ago,” he added. “The fact is, it has belonged to them for three thousand years. And that’s why this is so significant.”

On Monday, the virulently anti-Semitic icon of the Women’s March, Linda Sarsour, decided to attack the idea of President Trump as the greatest president for the Jewish people in American history in the most ironic way possible: by sanctimoniously citing someone else’s supposed anti-Semitism.
Sarsour’s odyssey into hypocrisy was precipitated by Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s simple homage to Trump:
Surveillance video shows a 9-year-boy with autism being tormented and abused by two adults on a school bus in suburban Chicago over the course of several months, WBBM-TV reported.
Criminal cases against the bus aide and bus driver were wrapped up in July 2017, but WBBM’s report Friday includes sad, shocking video clips recorded inside the school bus the year before.
What’s the background?
Nicky O’Toole — now 11 — has autism and struggles to communicate, the station said, adding that 2016 surveillance video shows school bus aide Joyce Jones threatening Nicky — and hitting him. A whopping 27 times in three months, WBBM said.
At one point she’s seen apparently punching Nicky, and the boy responded with a loud “Ow!” In another clip she told Nicky, “Stomp again, and I’ll stomp you.”

The Chicago Tribune noted a clip during a bus ride home in which Jones told Nicky — with fist cocked above her head — “Let’s see who gets the biggest hit.”

Video also caught bus driver Joseph Hamilton once yelling at Nicky, “You little monster! … I’m going to throw you out the window head first!”
“I hate him,” Hamilton also was heard saying on the video, as well as telling joking with Jones about slapping Nicky — “Give me five on that” — and remarking, “That little porky … He doesn’t know better.”
In another clip, Jones appeared to show remorse for slapping Nicky — “What I did today was wrong, very wrong. And it was not like me to do that.” — but she then told Hamilton they would need to cover up what had transpired, WBBM said.
“We need to write today up that he’s violent in order to protect us,” Jones also was heard saying on surveillance video. Hamilton’s response? “Alright.”
A worried mother
Nicky’s mother, Leslie O’Toole, told WBBM she couldn’t understand why her son for months was crying about going to school, which is in the Indian Prairie School District 204.
“I was noticing he didn’t want to go to school,” O’Toole recounted to the station. “He would be crying, ‘Mommy, I’m scared.’”
But because of Nicky’s autism, he couldn’t communicate what was going on — and his mother certainly didn’t expect the adults on the bus, who worked for First Student bus company, WBBM said.
“I never would have thought it, not once,” O’Toole added to the station. “I hugged the aide. I thanked the aide for taking care of Nicky.”

But once she became suspicious, the district took a look at surveillance videos, WBBM said.
“They knew that he couldn’t tell his mom,” O’Toole explained to the station. She added that police have even more videos — and in one of them she said Nicky was asked, “What kind of mother would want a child like you?”
O’Toole also told WBBM that months of disturbing videos are in First Student’s possession.
“Nobody screens them,” she told the station. “This was over and over and over again.”
A ‘well-developed special-needs training program’?
While First Student’s contract with the school district said the bus company provides a “well-developed special-needs training program,” one of O’Toole’s attorneys beg to differ, WBBM reported.
“She got three days of training, but nothing of it had anything to do with special-needs children,” Michael Krzak of Krzak and Rundio Law told the station.

“First Student failed my child,” O’Toole added to WBBM. “These two people failed my child.”
What did the former bus aide and former bus driver have to say?
The station said it couldn’t reach Jones for comment, adding that she was convicted of six counts of misdemeanor battery and given 30 days in jail.

In court last year Jones testified that it was necessary to sometimes hit the boy to stop him from striking her or from striking himself, which she said the boy would do when he became frustrated, the Tribune reported.
“I was protecting him from himself and protecting me from him,” Jones said, the paper added — although she also admitted smacking the boy in the mouth after he spat in her face.
A WBBM reporter caught up with Hamilton — who pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and received community service — as he was walking to his car, but he didn’t respond to any questions.

Jones and the bus driver made the 30-minute ride home from school “a living hell for the child,” a judge at Jones’ trial said, the Tribune reported.

At First Student, the safe and reliable transportation of our student passengers is our highest priority. It is a responsibility we take very seriously. Certainly, we understand and appreciate the concern an incident such as this can cause. When this incident took place more than two years ago, our team immediately investigated the matter and moved to terminate each employee as soon as we were made aware of the specifics.
First Student’s monitors and drivers are highly trained. These actions of our former employees are completely at odds with our training and what we stand for as a company.
We are unable to comment further since the issue is currently in active litigation.
Google’s involvement in a Pentagon project that uses artificial intelligence to analyze footage taken by aerial drones has reportedly caused a dozen company employees to resign in protest.
Ethical concerns over the AI powering drone warfare, and Google’s involvement in the project clashing with its “do-gooder principles,” are among the reasons why the employees are departing, Gizmodoreports.
The resignations come as Google staffers have been circulating an internal letter, demanding that the company end its involvement with Project Maven, a Defense Department initiative to integrate AI into the US military.
Project Maven specifically seeks to tap computer vision technology to analyze countless hours of aerial drone footage for anything human eyes might have missed. The first goal of the project has been to help the Pentagon defeat the terrorist group ISIS in the hopes the AI system can enhance “military decision-making.”
However, Google’s involvement in the effort has triggered resistance within company ranks. Almost 4,000 employees signed an internal letter demanding Google pull out from the project, according to Bloomberg. For perspective, Google’s parent, Alphabet, has 85,000 employees.
On Monday, over 200 professors, scientists, and academics also signed an open letter, opposing Google’s participation in Project Maven, claiming that the technologies at stake could be easily weaponzied.
“We are then just a short step away from authorizing autonomous drones to kill automatically, without human supervision or meaningful human control,” the letter reads.
So far, Google hasn’t commented on the reported resignations. But the company previously said its participation in Project Maven has been focused on “non-offensive purposes.” The computer vision technology involved is also open-source and available to any Google Cloud customer.
Google also previously told PCMag: “The technology is used to flag images for human review and is intended to save lives and save people from having to do highly tedious work.”
Even so, Google’s arguments aren’t placating everyone. According to Gizmodo, the resigning employees were told that that company was fleshing out a new ethics policy on AI research, but that it had yet to materialize.
As the United States Embassy to Israel in Jerusalem is dedicated on Monday, not one Congressional Democrat will be in attendance.
Several Republicans from both the House of Representatives and the Senate will be in attendance at the event. A couple of delegations of Congressional Republicans flew to Israel for the event, the Times of Israelreports.
“That is a sad, sad manifestation. I wish he’d have every member of Congress here,” Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) said blaming former President Barack Obama and his relationship with Israeli leadership for no Democrats attending.
“I don’t know why the Democrats will not be here, chose not to come. Every member of Congress had the option before them to come and be here,” Cruz said. “There was no way on earth we could have inaugurated this embassy without my being here to celebrate it. It’s too important.”
In addition to Cruz, three other Senate Republicans are present for the dedication.
Israel’s Channel 10 said that no Democrats were given invitations to attend the dedication, however, Cruz said that invitations were not necessary for the lawmakers to attend.
“None of us were invited,” Cruz said, noting that his delegation came together when he asked fellow senators to join him in attending the opening of the embassy.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R., S.C.) told reporters that he personally invited Democrats to come to the dedication with the delegation of Republican senators.
“I would just assume that the Republicans who didn’t come had [scheduling] conflicts. But I am disappointed that not one Democrat came,” Graham said. “What does that say? It’s not for me to tell you what that says. It hurts me. Because I work across the aisle on a regular basis. I think it was a mistake, because there’s too much going on in this region.”
Sen. Mike Lee (R., Utah) and Sen. Dean Heller (R., Nev.) are the other senators in attendance.
Rep. Joe Wilson (R., S.C.) led a group of 10 House Republicans to the embassy dedication.
Israeli reporter Ariel Kahane said Wilson opened the House delegation to all members but said Democratic leadership was blocking any Democrats from attending.

When President Donald Trump announced the United States would move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, Democrats blasted the decision, despite past support for Jerusalem to be recognized as Israel’s capital. The Democratic Party has recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital in each of its last four party platforms.
UPDATED 11:07 A.M.: One Israeli news outlet has reported that Democratic Rep. Ted Deutch (Fla.) was part of the American delegation attending the dedication ceremony. This story will be updated further if Deutch’s attendance is confirmed.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) will file a lawsuit Monday seeking to force Oakland, California, to produce documents related to its mayor Libby Schaaf’s decision to tip off illegal aliens to a major enforcement action in February, IRLI Executive Director Dale Wilcox revealed for the first time on Sirius XM’s Breitbart News Sunday.
We’re “tired of these state and local jurisdictions who are thumbing their nose at our duly enacted immigration laws,” Wilcox told Breitbart News Deputy Political Editor Amanda House.
In February, a San Francisco Bay-wide operation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) aimed at criminal illegal aliens netted 232 apprehensions, including 115 with serious criminal records. But, according to ICE Director Thomas Homan, more than 800 others escaped after Libby Schaaf broke the secrecy of the action, explicitly in order to protect illegals from discovery.

In a Fox and Friends interview in the aftermath of the operation, an outraged Homan accused Schaaf of acting like “a gang lookout yelling ‘police.’” Attorney General Jeff Sessions was even more emphatic. “How dare you?” he asked during his announcement of his department’s lawsuits to strike down California’s so-called “sanctuary” policies. “How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of our law enforcement officers to promote a radical open borders agenda?”
Schaaf defended her actions, claiming they did not endanger law enforcement and only told “people what the law is, what their rights are, what their resources are.”
IRLI requested copies of emails and other internal communications between Schaff and her top-level staff related to Schaaf’s public tip-off under the California Public Records Act (CPRA), but according to IRLI’s complaint, the assigned deadline passed without any documents being produced. IRLI is now suing to force Oakland to hand over the documents.
“I think [the documents are] going to expose [Schaaf and her staff] radical open-borders philosophy and how … [Schaaf] has been scheming with the chief of police,” Wilcox told House about what IRLI hopes their lawsuit will uncover. “She has mentioned in news reports about conversations she’s had with her chief of police over tipping off illegal aliens. She’s been quite brazen. She’s actually said she’s willing to go to jail to defend criminal illegal aliens.”
Schaaf’s tip-off provoked a strong reaction but rocketed her into the forefront of politics in California, where she is running for re-election. The gambit attracted the endorsement of rising Resistance star Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), for example.
This IRLI suit against Schaaf is taking place amid a backdrop of contempt for federal immigration laws across the Golden State, most clearly exhibited by the three sanctuary state laws the Justice Department is seeking to invalidate. Most galling of these for immigration hawks like Wilcox is AB 450, which prohibits private employers from cooperating with federal immigration enforcement. “This is the State of California telling employers – private employers, we’re not talking about public agencies – … ‘you’re not allowed to cooperate with ICE either,’” Wilcox told House.
In turn, Schaaf and California’s resistance to federal immigration laws fits into the larger, nationwide effort by liberal jurisdictions to protect illegal aliens at the expense or in disregard of American citizens and legal residents. Wilcox cited a recent study by IRLI’s sister group the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) that showed over half of Americans now live in some kind of sanctuary jurisdiction.
“Since President [Donald] Trump has taken office, it’s been like dominoes with these open-borders agitators. … The sanctuary policies have just multiplied,” Wilcox explained. “Of course we know what the politicians – what’s behind their push for open borders. It’s a desire for more votes eventually. If [illegal aliens] get to stay, if they get citizenship, then they’re going to vote. And we see, sadly, that one party has adopted a position on this issue and they’re counting on those votes in the future.”
On Monday, a newly released report from The Daily Beast outlined damaging allegations made by porn star Tasha Reign, who claims that Stormy Daniels did nothing when she was sexually assaulted by one of Daniels’ crew members.
Criminals often believe that holding a gun — illegally, of course — instantly makes them a wolf among sheep. This might be true in places where liberal policies prevent citizens from defending themselves, but one thug just found out that “victims” may not be easy prey after all.
Over the weekend, an amazing video emerged that shows an armed criminal pull a gun on a group of mothers and children near a school. He may have thought that “defenseless” women on Mother’s Day weekend wouldn’t be able to resist, but he was dead wrong.
The surveillance video was released from Brazil, and shows a group of women and girls casually standing near a street corner. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, the thug strikes, brandishing a revolver.
Footage shows the criminal making threats or trying to get at the crowd, but his preoccupation with carrying out a crime meant that he didn’t see something to his right: A woman in a pink shirt, carefully drawing a handgun of her own.

According to a translation of the Brazilian news source Globo, the woman in pink was the mother of a girl who attended the nearby school. Unfortunately for the perpetrator, she was also an off-duty military police officer.
“According to the PM (military police), the police officer saw the move and heard a woman saying it was robbery,” Globo reported in Portuguese. “At this point, the police officer moved away, pulled out the gun and fired three times at the suspect.”

The mother’s shots hit their mark. Two bullets were fired by the suspect, but he thankfully missed both times.
In the aftermath of the shooting, the woman — who was later identified as Kátia da Silva Sastre — took cover behind a vehicle, then moved in and disarmed the thug while still keeping him at gunpoint.
Globo reported that although the criminal survived the initial encounter and was treated by an ambulance service, he later died from his injuries.
Additional details about the attack were released by Active Self Protection, a self-defense education group.\
“(The woman) was armed with a Taurus PT640 in .40S&W and the perp was armed with a .38sp revolver,” ASP said, citing a Brazilian police report. “She shot 3 times and hit 3 times, he shot twice and hit none.”
This video shows just how important concealed carry can be both in the United States and around the world. As locations like Chicago, Mexico and Brazil demonstrate, laws do not stop criminals from obtaining and using illegal firearms.
What does stop them, however, are armed and trained people who refuse to be defenseless victims. In this case it was an off-duty officer, but a prepared civilian could have had the same effect.
Self-defense is a human right. For all the talk about women’s rights and feminism, this is what true female empowerment looks like: Being able to stop a vicious, armed man bent on robbery — or worse.
This video may have been recorded thousands of miles away from the United States, but its lessons are just as important here.
Four U.S. Senators addressed members of the press at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem on Monday morning, hours before the official relocation of the U.S. embassy — and all four were Republicans.
Senators Ted Cruz (R-TX), Dean Heller (R-NV), Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Mike Lee (R-UT) made the trip, along with ten Republican U.S. Representatives — but not one Democrat joined the U.S. delegation for the embassy event.
Only former Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-CT) — who was the Democratic nominee for vice president in 2000 before being rejected by his party in 2006 for his support of the Iraq War — came to Jerusalem to join in the festivities.
Two journalists asked the Republican Senators why no Democrats had come.
Sen. Cruz said: “That is a sad, sad manifestation — I wish we had every member of Congress here … every member of Congress had the option before them to come.”
Sen. Graham said that no one, Republican or Democrat, had been specifically invited to the ceremony — they simply chose to come or they did not. And he noted that only Republicans had come of their own volition.
“It’s not for me to tell you what that says,” Graham said. “It hurts me.”
He noted that the absence of Democrats sent a dangerous message that Americans were not united in their support for Israel.
“There’s too much going on in this region to send mixed signals,” he said.
Breitbart News spoke to Sen. Lieberman separately and asked him whether he was disappointed that no Democrats had come to the embassy opening.
“I’m not disappointed, but I’m surprised, because support for it has been broadly bipartisan.”
He recalled: “I was part of the group that worked to pass the Jerusalem Embassy Act in 1995. There was Bob Dole and John Kyl on the Republican side, and myself and Pat Moynihan on the Democratic side, and it got 95 votes.
“I don’t want there to be a misimpression that this is a partisan act. And I would hope that Democrats understand that this is not a pro-Trump rally. It is a pro-U.S.-Israel partnership, alliance rally.”
Sen Graham observed that the partisan divide over Israel seemed to have grown deeper since President Barack Obama signed the Iran deal, over the objections of Republicans and the Israeli government.
Sen. Lee noted that Iran deal had lacked the consent of the American people.
“There was no backup for this deal, not to the degree contemplated under the Constitution.
“Shame on them for not submitting it to the Senate … We had no business entering into an agreement like that, with that many ramifications, without the Senate backing it up.”
Lee praised President Trump’s courage in deciding to move the embassy, as did Sen. Heller.
“Except for President Trump … and his promises made and promises kept during the last campaign, we wouldn’t be here today,” Heller said.
Sen. Cruz also praised Trump, likening his decision to that of President Harry S. Truman — a Democrat — to recognize Israel 70 years ago, 11 minutes after it declared independence.
Graham agreed, calling the president’s decision to move the embassy a “strong, bold move, not just by the president but by the American people.”
“[Trump] has a new way about him,” Graham added. He’s not stuck into the swamp, for lack of a better word.”
“If you have a problem with Jerusalem being the capital of Israel, I tell people in South Carolina somewhat jokingly, take it up with God,” he said.
Asked how the embassy move served American interests, Graham said, “In a time of great turmoil and doubt, where the region in fracturing in many fissures, this is a certain statement that I think will give the region more certainty about who America is.
“Look at this as the cavalry coming in a symbolic and substantive way.”
Cruz added: “By moving the embassy American simultaneously makes clear that we are willing to stand with our friends … and stand up to our enemies.”
Asked whether he was concerned about threats of violence by Palestinians, Cruz quipped: “It is not as if the terrorists need an excuse.”
He added that “Israel is more than ready for peace … The impediment to peace is Palestinian leadership that refuses to recognize Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish state, and continues to embrace and celebrate terrorism.”
