Judicial Watch strikes again!

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch obtained 339 heavily redacted DOJ documents through a March 2018 FOIA lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to respond a December 2017 request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00490)).

Nellie Ohr, wife of twice-demoted DOJ official Bruce Ohr, who worked for oppo research firm Fusion GPS was actually caught trying to destroy documents relevant to the targeting and attempted coup of Trump.

Nellie Ohr’s email has the same subject line as an email exchange with the subject line “Analyst Russian Organized Crime – April 2016” in which Bress initiates a discussion with Bruce Ohr and his top aide, Lisa Holtyn, proffering some “Russian analysts” to discuss a variety of topics with Ohr, Holtyn, and other DOJ officials. Among those topics to be discussed is “Impact of Russian influence operations in Europe (‘PsyOps/InfoWar’).”

Holtyn responds with, “I haven’t had a chance to confer with Bruce yet, but would certainly love to meet with the ‘A Team’!” Bruce Ohr then says, “That time works for me as well.” Bress then provides the personal details/passport numbers of the German analysts who will be meeting with Holtyn and Ohr. Holtyn tells Bress that the Ohr’s would like to host the German delegation for dinner and notes that Joe Wheatley and Ivana Nizich (a husband/wife team of DOJ Organized Crime prosecutors and friends of the Ohr’s) would join them as well.

Bruce Ohr was a top official in the DOJ working as an Assistant Deputy Attorney General and was ultimately demoted twice for his connection to Christopher Steele and for promoting the phony dossier.

Bruce Ohr’s wife Nellie Ohr was contracted by oppo research firm Fusion GPS to “assist in cultivation of opposition research on Trump” and her hubby Bruce passed along her Hillary Clinton/DNC-funded dirt to the FBI.

The phony Hillary-funded dossier was eventually used to obtain a FISA warrant on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.

Congressman Mark Meadows recently criminally referred Nellie Ohr to the Justice Department after hundreds of new emails surfaced, contradicting her previous statements to Congress.

A series of “Hi Honey” emails from Nellie Ohr to her top DOJ husband Bruce Ohr surfaced and suggested Hillary-funded oppo research was being funneled into the DOJ during the 2016 election through a backchannel between the happily married Ohr couple.

“This email is disturbing and suggests documents relevant to the improper targeting of President Trump were destroyed,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Code Pink activists forcibly removed from Venezuelan embassy

A group of left-wing protesters calling themselves the Embassy Protection Collective had occupied the Venezuelan embassy as part of the “Hands Off Venezuela” movement. Today the remaining four were evicted and arrested by police:

Carlos Vecchio, the Guaidó-appointed ambassador who has been recognized by the U.S. government, tweeted that the embassy had been liberated. Federal authorities and D.C. police arrived at the embassy this morning and entered the building, but haven’t commented today on the situation.

Code Pink organizers identified the four activists arrested as Kevin Zeese, Margaret Flowers, Adrienne Pine and David Paul.

In theory, this movement was about avoiding US intervention in Venezuela. In reality, it is offering support to the country’s embattled dictator Nicolas Maduro. There have been ongoing skirmishes between the protesters inside the embassy and anti-Maduro protesters outside who wanted them ejected. This will give you a sense of what has been happening for the past month:

Last week the occupation took a turn when an ambassador representing Juan Guaido, the recognized interim president of Venezuela, ordered PEPCO to cut power and water to the embassy. The protesters were outraged at having to live in conditions not that different from how many Venezuelans have been living for months. The standoff turned a legal corner Monday when protesters were served with an eviction notice.

Protesters outside also made it difficult for the people inside to get food. There was a scuffle yesterday as Jesse Jackson brought food which Code Pink supporters tried to send up to the embassy on a rope:

But it was all for naught. The four remaining Maduro supporters have been removed and arrested.

Finally, here’s a Vice report on the situation from last week featuring an interview with Medea Benjamin who sidesteps the question of whether or not she supports Maduro (Hint: She does). Toward the end of this a Venezuelan woman tells Vice, “I really feel like these people have a savior complex.” She’s right about that. Now that they’ve been ejected they can move on to saving someone else.

Does President Trump Know EVERY Pro-Trump Publisher from 2016 Has Been Decimated or Eliminated by Facebook — Including His Own Account?

Tech Giants Google, Twitter and Facebook are currently purging conservative content from their platforms — Google is hiding conservative stories from their search results — Tech giants are shadow-banning conservative news on all social media.

In February of 2018 Facebook launched a new algorithm to ensure that conservative news would not spread on their social media platform.

The algorithm change caused President Donald Trump’s engagement on Facebook posts to plummet a whopping 45%.

In contrast, Senators Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Bernie Sanders (I-VT) do not appear to have suffered a comparable decline in Facebook engagement.

Top conservative Facebook pages with daily traffic in the millions have seen 75% to 95% drop in traffic since the 2016 election.

Young Cons, Western Journalism, SarahPalin.com, Chicks on the Right, Independent Journal Review, Right Wing News, The Gateway Pundit, Infowars (banned completely), Breitbart, Pamela Geller, Laura Loomer (banned), 100% Fed Up  and several others have seen dramatic loss in traffic and influence.

Facebook uses Soros-funded Poynter as to fact-check on their platform — The same group that recently listed EVERY prominent conservative publisher last week as fake news.

Facebook has been shutting down traffic to conservative websites since the 2016 election.

In March 2017 Columbia Journalism Review published a study of the 2016 election that found conservatives had abandoned the liberal mainstream media in 2016 and went online and to social media to get their news.

Harvard University published a similar study months later.

Most prominent conservative publishers from the November 2016 election have been hit hard or eliminated.

So does President Trump or his campaign manager Brad Parscale know that Facebook wiped out his top supporters from the platform?
Do they care?

Networks Hype Democrat Meltdown After Alabama Senate Passes Abortion Ban

Wednesday morning the big three networks fretted over another comprehensive pro-life bill that was passed in the Alabama Senate last night, that would punish doctors who perform abortions or related activities during any stage of pregnancy for any reason other than saving the life of the mother. The bill’s Republican sponsor hopes to force the Supreme Court to revisit Roe v. Wade. Instead of interviewing pro-life organizations about the bill, all three networks hyped Democrat freak outs and nutty liberal activists dressed up as dystopian novel characters, instead.

Your Daughter/Granddaughter Will Never Win The First-Place Trophy

Women and Children FirstWhen speaking with my daughter, an avid cyclist, about her upcoming racing season, I asked about “transgender women” competitors (biological males who gender-identify as females). It seemed obvious that such a competitor’s male physiology would render the best efforts put forth by my daughter null and void. My daughter explained that excluding transwomen competitors was improper and discriminatory under the governing USA Cycling rules.

How could inclusion in competitive sports be based solely on one’s gender beliefs/feelings, at the expense of objective, competitive fairness; why is inclusion based on a man feeling like a female, good; but by “his” indisputable biological sex, bad? Whether due to intellectual confusion, or intellectual dishonesty, grouping athletes by “gender” instead of by biological sex ignores the paradoxical twin-traits of transgender individuals.

ADAMS: University Dubs Conservative Women Two-Fifths Of A Person

Feminists often decry the “fact” that women earn seventy-seven cents for every dollar a man makes. Despite the flaws in the studies upon which this statistic is based, the idea of treating a human as less than four-fifths of a person appalls them. Similarly, while ignoring political context, feminists decry the “fact” that our founders were all racists because the Constitution counted slaves as three-fifths of a person. Yet feminist administrators at UNC-Wilmington (a.k.a. “The Dub”) recently ruled that conservative women are less than one-half of a person. Unlike the feminists, I can bolster that accusation with facts and appropriate political context.

Last August, a conflict emerged between a feminist administrator and two conservative women – one an alumna and the other a student. The feminist administrator ran the Women Studies Resource Center (WSRC) until she recently resigned in the wake of the conflict, which has now resulted in a federal civil rights complaint. The initial conflict was over the question of whether the WSRC would fund an abortion debate sponsored by a Christian organization. It was doubtful they would, given their long herstory of only sponsoring unequivocally pro-abortion events.

The conservative alumna and the conservative student made a direct request for funding of the debate and were told by the feminist administrator that abortion is a “women’s issue” and that the debate could not be funded because the debate participants were “both male.” When I found out about this, I was incensed. I was one of the proposed debate participants. The other was abortionist Dr. Willie Parker. (That debate eventually happened and you can watch it by clicking on this link).

It will come as no surprise to readers that I did not take this lying down. I decided to file a formal Title IX complaint since the funding for my speech was denied on the basis of my gender. I was one of the males subjected to discrimination. So I had standing as the complainant. The two conservative women were the ear-witnesses to the discrimination.

But the Title IX Office did not see it that way. They decided to switch our roles, which made me a witness and the women the complainants. The reason they did that was obvious: They wanted to claim that FERPA prevented me from accessing all evidence related to the investigation. This was an intentional misapplication of the law by the UNCW administration for the sole purpose of protecting the WSRC director – who would be in clear violation of federal law if the two conservative women were telling the truth.

The Title IX investigation, which they sought to conceal by unlawfully swapping witness and complainant roles, was indeed a simple one. The university should have concluded it in the sixty days allotted by law. But they missed the sixty-day deadline. Then they granted themselves another sixty-day deadline. After they missed that deadline, they granted themselves an indefinite extension. Then, they restarted the entire investigation. Naturally, this caused them to miss the third (and undetermined) deadline.

In a nutshell, UNCW repeatedly violated procedure in an effort to hide the obvious fact that one of their administrators was violating Title IX by engaging in blatant sex discrimination. They could not bear to admit that the office they established to fight sexism was engaging in sexism. They were hesitant to fire a feminist administrator for advancing rather than fighting gender discrimination.

But reality caught up with UNCW. In the midst of the investigation, which stretched on for over two hundred days, the director of the WSRC announced her resignation. UNCW feared their WSRC director was a legal liability – not because she was a sexist but because she was not shrewd enough to hide it. So the university ultimately conceded wrongdoing, right? Wrong.

On May 7th, nearly seven months after the complaint was filed, the university Title IX Office issued this ruling:

The university has concluded its fact-finding review of the gender discrimination complaint against the Women’s Studies Resources Center and the director, (name withheld). After careful consideration of all facts, the fact finders were unable to substantiate a violation of university polices by a preponderance of the evidence. However, in the course of this inquiry, concerns were raised about the governance of the organization that will be addressed by university leadership.

We ask that you maintain confidentiality of this matter and refrain from discussing it with anyone at UNCW other than those who have a business to know. If you have any questions related to this matter please contact me at (number withheld).

This is a stunning admission, given that two women accused one of engaging in sex discrimination. There were only two possible outcomes. Let’s walk through both:

  1. The feminist director of the WSRC admits that she denied funding on the basis of gender. Therefore, all three witnesses to the conversation over funding are in agreement. Since preponderance of evidence is a “probably” or “more likely than not” standard, the standard is satisfied by the evidence.
  2. The feminist director of the WSRC denies that she denied funding on the basis of gender. Therefore, two of the three witnesses to the conversation over funding are in agreement. Since preponderance of evidence is a “probably” or “more likely than not” standard, the standard is satisfied by the evidence.

This is all simple logic. The preponderance standard could only not be met if one concludes that two conservative women combined are less than one feminist. That unfortunate conclusion is explained by the fact that the Title IX Office, like the WSRC, is run by ideologues.

Changing WSRC directors is a good start. But “The Dub” should also replace its Title IX lawyer. Fortunately, I have filed a formal complaint with the Office for Civil Rights. The matter of funding discrimination is now being investigated by the Trump Department of Education.

I simply will not tolerate feminist collusion or obstruction of justice. This investigation is far from over.

Belgian Camera Crew Assaulted, Forced to Flee While Filming Migrant No-Go Zone Segment (Video)

A Belgian television crew was attacked on Sunday morning while filming at the Gare du Nord station in a reported no-go zone.

The migrants hurled rocks at the reporters. One man charged the television crew and assaulted the reporters who were force to flee.
One violent migrant tried to run off with the reporters’ equipment.

Breitbart.com reported:

A television crew working for Belgian broadcaster RTL was attacked by migrants at the Gare du Nord station in Brussels while they were filming an investigation on the refusal of bus drivers in the city to stop at the ‘rapidly deteriorating’ location.

The television crew were attacked on Sunday morning while the crew were trying to interview a bus driver and filming a bus belonging to the De Lijn company following a refusal of drivers to serve the major capital-city transport interchange with their vehicles.
